Evrotrust is a unique mobile app that provides secure and legally recognized e-document management. With Evrotrust, you can remotely verify your identity with banks, telecoms, government agencies, and websites without needing a password. The app allows you to remotely sign any type of e-document using a qualified e-signature that holds the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. Once signed, the documents can be securely sent to others, just like using a trusted courier service.

Main Functionalities

• Remotely identify yourself through a new generation remote video identification process, eliminating the need for face-to-face interactions. The system uses automatic face recognition based on national ID documents or by an operator if integrated.
• Remotely e-sign documents. Obtain free qualified certificates for e-signatures and e-seals that are valid for two years. Use these certificates to create legally binding qualified e-signatures and e-seals remotely.
• Securely send and receive e-documents from your mobile device or via the Internet. The qualified secure delivery service provides proof of the sender, recipient, time, and integrity of the documents.

Self-Signing

• Easily self-sign your own documents in seconds and send them to others.
• Access the Evrotrust web-platform to upload and send documents for others to sign.
• All signed and received documents are securely stored with encryption.
• Access your profile from multiple smart devices.

Integrated Partners

• Enroll as a client and e-sign documents at no cost with our integrated partners, including banks and telecoms.
• Enjoy the convenience of remote signing for e-government services.

Security

Subscription Plans

Choose from three subscription plans for personal use:

• Free plan:
  • Try Evrotrust remote services free of charge.
  • Receive three free remote signatures/identifications and receive documents from others.
  • Remotely request and obtain free qualified certificates, valid for two years, to create legally binding qualified e-signatures.
• Plan 5 (available as an in-app purchase):
  • Includes all features from the Free plan.
  • Allows five remote signatures/identifications per month.
• Plan 100 (available as an in-app purchase):
  • Includes all features from the Business plan.
  • Allows 100 remote signatures/identifications per month.

All subscriptions are charged to the user's iTunes account and automatically renew until canceled. Downgrading to a lower plan or canceling the subscription can be done at any time and takes effect upon the current plan's expiration. For enterprise packages, please contact us.
